
ABOUT
Josh draws on his own experience with fitness and exercise to offer personalised training to help clients achieve their goals. Josh’s love of fitness started at an early age with competitive break dancing. For over a decade Josh trained daily and competed in break dancing competitions all around the world. Josh knows what it takes to maintain this level of fitness and aims to inspire his clients to find an aspect of exercise they enjoy in the same way he does.
After qualifying as a personal trainer, Josh worked in a variety of commercial gyms before becoming manager, fitness instructor and personal trainer. He was at the BBC Club gym in Great Portland Street, London for five years and now manages the Gym inside CBRE headquarters. Josh's passion for fitness shines through in his exercise programmes, meshing a variety of techniques in order to tailor the session to the client.

Josh's philosophy is ‘Hard Work and Dedication’. He works his clients hard but also gets to know their strengths and paces his programmes accordingly. Whether you are new to exercise, coming back to it after a period away or a fitness fanatic, Josh will be able to enhance your workouts and ensure you meet your goals.
